Maggie Lomeli is a master printer. Educated at the prestigious Tamarind Institute of Lithography, she founded Gray Area Print in Los Angeles, and for more than a decade has collaborated with artists and designers to conceptualize and develop fine-art projects involving screenprinting, lithography, and letterpress. Her work has been exhibited in some of the most storied galleries in Los Angeles, New York, and beyond.

In 2020, confined by the pandemic and focused on her own new home, Maggie turned her attention to textiles—could the principles of handmade, limited-edition, fine-art printmaking be applied to a line of home goods? And could her own love of home and family be expressed through heirloom-quality goods that others would love too? Tokens Label was born.

At Tokens Label, we believe that every home should be filled with art that brings joy. That art belongs everywhere in the home, not just on the walls. That the individuality of the owner should be reflected in the things they live with and love. That hand-crafting is an invisible thread between the artist and the owner

Care

Our materials and processes are as sustainable as we can make them: we want to feel good about every piece we send you, and we want you to feel good about every piece you own.

Like an art print, each pattern is a limited edition, produced in small batches and limited quantities. Each piece of work is one-of-a-kind.

To clean your item, spot clean with a damp towel, or remove cover and delicate wash in cold water with mild soap. Tumble dry on low setting.
